The private local reader processes math images in your browser. Images are never stored in solution history.

Online image scanning

When you choose online scan, Soluva sends only the selected crop to Google Gemini. It then sends the extracted text problem—not the image—to WolframAlpha for a mathematical check. You can use online scanning without an account.

Accounts and history

If you create an account, Soluva stores your username, display name, a salted password hash, session records, and saved text-based solutions in Cloudflare D1. Passphrases are never stored in plain text.

Data control

You can remove individual saved solutions from the History panel. Contact the site owner to request full account deletion.
